What is there to tell you, I'm a wife, mama and more is more kind of a girl (but you already knew that)... as well as a sister, daughter, wanna be rap video dancer and martini lover (bet you didn't know all that).
I live in the beautiful (and way too hot) city of Dallas with my hubby, Hootie, and my little man affectionately called Monster. I have a love of all things design. It began as a child when my sister and I used our rainbow crayon to make the walls pretty. (Sorry about that, Mom & Dad!) Ever since then the passion has only deepened and I've been fortunate enough to put my skills & creativity to use.
I've had a long time love affair with color which lead to my first job in print & color development for a clothing company and then moved on to buying & product development. I am now a full time mommy... the hardest and best job I've ever had!
Flat 200 is now my creative outlet and a way to share any ideas or knowledge (and certainly mistakes) with you guys.
Many people have asked about the name... Flat 200. What does it mean? It's an address... our address to our old flat in London. It's a place where everything was new and frightening and exciting all at once. It reinvented the way that I look at things and showed me that you can become someone other than who you thought you were supposed to be. So I found it only fitting for the name of this new chapter of life... I hope you enjoy Flat 200!
